VISION
An ongoing photographic series exploring the ocean as a constant in flux.
Each work is presented in a fixed square format, forming a growing sequence of observations captured across different seasons, conditions, and states of light. Titled simply as Vision 01, Vision 02, and so on, the series resists narrative in favor of repetition and variation.
Through this disciplined approach, the ocean reveals itself not as a single subject, but as a shifting presence—subtle, unpredictable, and never the same twice.
What appears minimal unfolds, over time, into a study of infinite change.
Each Photograph is available in Limetd edition of 3 photogrphs in the size 100 × 100 Cm Please use About Page for inquiries and the open edition in the size 40 × 40 Cm with the ptinted image 30 × 30 Cm see Available Works
Reykjavik in the summer of 2020 when the global pandemic was romaing all over the world and some people where experienceing lockdowns in their countries, Iceland was welcoming tourist with open arms.
At that time the amount of turists in Iceland had decreased drastically but the time of masks was yet to come.
Downtown Reykjavik suddenly got a new feel, the colorful raincoats that once where the signature piece for turists wandering around Reykjavik waiting for their nexr trip to the Golden Circle where no longer in sight.
In this normalish state of Reykjavik the locals had the Downtown all to themselves. That is when I took upon the opprtunity to capture these moments.
